We pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem with our work,
we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient
way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.
Allan Rod And Custom will warranty work performed for a period of 90 days against
poor workmanship. This warranty is limited to the cost of labor for repair of defective
work only by Allan Rod And Custom at our facility.
Responsibility for warranty of any product sold or installed by Allan Rod And Custom lies
with the manufacturer. The cost of removal of defective parts and the re-installation will
be the responsibility of the customer. Allan Rod And Custom will assist our customers
wherever possible to mediate warranty issues between the customer and the product
manufacturer.
ALLAN ROD AND CUSTOM INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE,
INCONVENIENCE, TOWING, RENTAL CARS, ACTUAL OR ALLEGED DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT
OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE VEHICLE.
